Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of 7bot, Bangladesh's trusted online gaming and cricket betting destination available at https://7bot.bio. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 7bot platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms in their entirety.

Eligibility & Account Registration

• Notify 7bot support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been lost or stolen.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person, including friends or family members. Each account is strictly for personal use only.
• 7bot reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including copies of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. 7bot is committed to processing withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification checks.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit and verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be communicated on the platform at the time of the request.
• 7bot reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected rule violations.

General Bonus Conditions

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity through deposits, withdrawals, or in-game transactions on the 7bot platform.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on 7bot.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, including using different identities, email addresses, or payment methods to circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar tools to mask your true geographic location.

7bot employs advanced fraud detection systems. All suspicious activity is logged and reviewed. Where a violation is confirmed, 7bot reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and report matters to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7bot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7bot or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other game providers). These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws.
